01 When is payment due? What methods of payment are accepted?
Payment is due one week (seven days) before the wedding. We accept certified cheques, e-transfers, cash, debit, and all major credit cards. Please note, credit cards have a surcharge of 3% of the total payment.

02 How much does a wedding at clinton hills cost?

03 How many people can the Barn accommodate?
Our Barn at Clinton Hills can accommodate 175 people seated and 210 standing in the upper loft. The stable downstairs can accomodate 100 people seated theater style, 120 people standing, and 80 people seated banquet style.

04 Can we bring our own alcohol to Clinton Hills?
Clinton Hills is a licensed venue which means alcoholic beverages can not be brought on to our premises. We are fully licensed with two Bars located inside the Barn and an outdoor wagon Bar available for rent which situated in our licenced corral.

05 Can we hire our own Bartender?
We provide our own professional friendly Bartenders at Clinton Hills to serve you.

06 Where are the nearest accommodations?
We have available for rent, a three bedroom cottage in stanley bridge, and a four bedroom cottage on site. The Home Place Inn is located 8 km away in Kensington. It is our hope to have more accommodations on the property for the summer of 2017. There are also many accommodations located in Stanley Bridge only 5 km away.

07 Why do you provide security at Clinton Hills and what if we believe it is unnecessary?
​
Security is provided for your safety. PEI Liquor laws state that alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas. At Clinton Hills we are fortunate to be licensed in our upper loft, downstairs Stable, outside balcony as well as our 4000 sq ft corral. Security ensures that the consumption of alcohol takes place in the designated areas only and that outside alcohol is not brought on to the property illegally which ensures the wedding does not get shut down by the Liquor Commission.

08 What is included in the Barn rental?​

The Barn rental includes the use of the upper loft, downstairs Stable, outside balcony, outdoor corral, podium, soundboard, speakers, 60" flat TV, as well as our 92 acres of scenic property. Please review our pricing rental information located under our wedding section.

09 What should we know about decorating for our wedding?
​
The Barn is available at 9am the day of the wedding for decorating, we have other functions through the week and the night before your wedding which makes decorationg before this time impossible. Please click on our same day decoratoring tab for our in house decorator services. Arrangements must be made with a Clinton Hills employee for decorations pick up times. Clinton hills is not responsible for any damages or loss to any decorations brought in for your wedding.
10 Is it ok to give out our own wine as parting gifts for our guests?

Due to PEI liquor Laws outside alcohol can not be brought on to the premises.
